The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council convened into a Joint Meeting. The same
being open to the public, the 22nd day of May 2019 in the New Fairview City Hall and notice of said
meeting giving the time, place and subject therefore having been posted as prescribed by Article 5
of the Texas Governmental code, with the following members present:

ITEM NUMBER 1. CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Payne called the meeting to order at 7:06 P.M.
ITEM NUMBER 2. ROLL CALL
Roll call with the above-mentioned names present
ITEM NUMBER 3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discuss and consider making recommendation to the city council regarding Hope Valley
Estates Preliminary Plat
The land will be divided into 5 tracts of land on Martindale Ln. All requirements are met as per
our City Attorney Bradley Anderle and City Planner Barry Hudson. No further discussion.
Commissioner Aydelotte made a recommendation to the city council for approval of the
Hope Valley Estates Preliminary Plat. Recommendation seconded by Commissioner Payne.
Recommendation passed.

Planning and Zoning Commission adjourned meeting at 7:15 P.M.

Mayor Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:15 P.M.
ITEM NUMBER 2. ROLL CALL
Roll call with the above-mentioned names present
ITEM NUMBER 3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discuss, consider and act on recommendation from the Planning and Zoning regarding
Hope Valley Estates Preliminary Plat
Commissioner Payne made recommendation to council for approval of plat as presented.
Councilman White made a motion to approve the Hope Valley Estates Preliminary Plat.
Motion seconded by Councilman Johnson. Motion passed unanimously.

Mayor Joe Max Wilson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 P.M.
