On Monday October 2nd, 2023 the City of New Fairview will hold a hearing on the updated impact fee schedule put together by the cities contracted engineering firm, Pacheco Koch a Westwood Company. This meeting will be held at 7pm at New Fairview City Hall, 999 Illinois Street, New Fairview Texas.
This hearing will consider updated impact fee rates found by the engineer in accordance with the recently adopted Land Use Assumptions Map and the Capital Improvement Plan Map, that were accepted on Monday August 21st, 2023. Shall this updated impact fee schedule be approved by city council, these rates will now be implemented for any new developments pulling building permits within the city limits of New Fairview. Any member of the public has the right to appear at this hearing and present evidence for or against the proposed impact fee schedule.
