ROADCLOSURE
On May 3, 2024, the Texas Department of
Transportation approved a permit for the
reconstruction of the driveway access of Pioneer Road
at FM 407. The project includes the installation of a
couple of culverts, ditch grading, base repair, and
asphalt paving of approximately 300 linear feet of
Pioneer Road. The New Fairview City Council awarded a
roadway reconstruction project for Pioneer Road to 3H
Concrete Inc. Work will begin next week, September 4th,
and there will be intermittent lane closures of Pioneer
Road. Weather permitting, the project should be
completed by September 20, 2024. Please be on the
lookout for workers and follow all construction signs.
