PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF NEW FAIRVIEW
TxCDBG CONTRACT CDV21-0100
The City of New Fairview will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on August 15, 2022 at New Fairview City Hall, 999 Illinois, New Fairview, Texas regarding an amendment to the City’s contract with the Texas Department of Agriculture for Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TxCDBG) Contract CDV21-0100. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss proposed changes to the location and beneficiaries of the project. The City encourages citizens to participate in the discussion of the proposed changes to the TxCDBG contract and to make their views known at this public hearing. Citizens unable to attend this meeting may submit their views and proposals to the City Administrator at City Hall in writing or in person prior to the public hearing. Persons with disabilities that wish to attend this meeting should contact City Hall to arrange for assistance. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should contact the City at least two days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
