Water is provided to New Fairview via  Southwest Water to the Chisholm Hills, Rio Rancho and Sky View Ranch Subdivisions and Aqua Texas to Falcon Ridge, Fairview Meadows, Constellation Lakes and Dove Hollow. Other residents maintain their own private water wells.

New Service can be established, citizens must first contact City Hall. Then, it is the responsibility of the resident to establish a new account with Southwest Water 866-654-7992 or Aqua Texas 817-236-3450

The Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is a regulation, passed by the Environmental Protection Agency as part of the 1996 Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments, that requires all community water systems to provide their customers with an annual water quality report.
With the CCR, communities obviously benefit by acquiring a better understanding of their water suppliers and the processes involved, which allows them an opportunity to make an informed decision regarding their use of drinking water. The CCR also provides suppliers with an opportunity to explain how the community’s drinking water supplies are protected and build on their relationship with the customer.
