The City Council convened into a special meeting. The same being open to the public, the 10th day
of January 2020 in the New Fairview City Hall and notice of said meeting giving the time, place and
subject therefore having been posted as prescribed by Article 5 of the Texas Governmental Code,
with the following members present:
CITY COUNCIL
Councilman Rick White
Councilman Charley Stumm
Councilman Bill Payne
PRESENT
City Secretary Monica Rodriguez
ITEM NUMBER 1. CALL TO ORDER:
Special meeting called to order at 1:03 P.M.
ITEM NUMBER 2. ROLL CALL:
Roll call with the above-mentioned names present
ITEM NUMBER 3. OLD BUSINESS:
A. Discuss, consider and act on Pioneer Ranch Preliminary Plat Application
B. Discuss, consider and act on Pioneer Ranch Final Plat Application\
An email was sent requesting an extension for the meeting in February to discuss and act on the
applications.
Councilman White made a motion to approve a continuance for Pioneer Ranch preliminary plat
and final plat till the February meeting.
Motion seconded by Councilman Stumm. Motion passed unanimously.

Councilman White adjourned the meeting at 1:09 P.M.
