Payment Options

You may make a payment anytime Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except for holidays) at the window at City Hall in New Fairview. The building is located at:

Payments for most citations can be accepted in the form of cash, check, money order, and debit or credit cards. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. Checks will not be accepted as payment for citations in warrant status.

If you are interested in Deferred Disposition or a Driving Safety course, you must contact the court and be approved prior to paying here or your payment will show as a conviction, and there will be no further option to make that request. If approved, Driving Safety Course fees will never be payable on this site.
Deferred Disposition fees may be paid here only if you have prior court approval. NOTE: If you have defaulted on a Deferred Payment Plan, and the case is set for a Show Cause Hearing, paying here will result in a guilty conviction. Contact the court before paying.
Partial payments can be made here only if you have a Payment Plan in place and only if you pay at least the minimum due per your agreement with the court.
Warrants can be paid here but only in full. They will be cleared on the next business day.
When paying through this service, you are declining your rights to Discovery- the right to view any information related to your case.

· Juveniles – 16 years of age or under at the time of the offense
· Under 21 alcohol and under 18 tobacco offenses

All payments are final.
Authorization for Debit (ACH) and Credit Card Payments: By using the Online Payment website, you authorize the City of New Fairview to initiate, modify or terminate an electronic single entry from the credit card you designate or ACH debit from the financial institution where the checking or savings account you designate for the purpose of making a payment on your outstanding balance. The payment will be for the amount you designated and will be processed on the date you submit the payment.
Fees: The partners with CardConnect to provide electronic payment processing of credit/debit card transactions. CardConnect is a division of Fiserv and a registered ISO of Wells Fargo N.A., Concord, CA. and Synovus Bank, USA, Columbus, GA. You are responsible for any convenience fees charged by CardConnect related to any payments, transactions, or other use of this website. The amount of the convenience fee charged by CardConnect will be displayed prior to submitting your payment.
Failed Payment If a designated payment fails for any reason, you remain obligated to timely pay any amount then due in accordance with the terms and conditions of your Agreement. You acknowledge that your bank may charge you fees if a payment is denied (e.g., due to insufficient funds in your bank account to satisfy the entire designated payment amount).
Payment Timing and Credit: You may make payments electronically, via debit or credit card, through the FASTGovPay website (Online Payments). The City of New Fairview thanks you for utilizing this service; please allow 2-3 business days for payments to process and post to your account. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email receipt to the email account provided to FASTGovPay as required to submit a payment.


Continuances or extensions cannot be authorized by a clerk. You must see the judge in person prior to the due date or scheduled court date to request extensions or continuances. The judge may require a bond be posted for continuances or extensions on court dates.
